3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, source code and AI models developed by MrjnIT remain our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws until otherwise agreed. Custom deliverables, including source code and design files produced for a client project, are governed by your individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

MrjnIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us or third parties.
