All content, features, source code, and AI models developed by MrjnIT remain our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom deliverables are governed by your individual service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
MrjnIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits or data — arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
